Funke Koleosho's Dambu Sprinkled on Scrambled Eggs
According to my dear friend Lami Falowo, even though dambu nama (read more about and get full recipe for dambu here) is more popularly eaten as a snack, it is really quite versatile and can be added to a variety of other dishes. She particularly loves to add some to her omelettes so in the same vein I decided to try it out on my scrambled eggs.
