|Avocado & Quail Eggs on Agege Bread|
A really healthy and quick snack....
What you need
- Boiled Quail Eggs
- Cherry tomatoes
- Ripe Avocado pears
- Freshly milled black pepper
- Sea salt
- Agege Bread (or any other type of bread of choice)
What to do
- Slice a chunk of the agege bread and arrange sliced avocado, tomatoes and boil quail eggs.
- Sprinkle some black pepper and salt to taste.
- Alternatively you can toast the bread slightly before using.
