According to my dear friend Lami Falowo, even though
dambu nama (
read more about and get full recipe for dambu here) is more popularly eaten as a snack, it is really quite versatile and can be added to a variety of other dishes. She particularly loves to add some to her omelettes so in the same vein I decided to try it out on my scrambled eggs.
