Ata Dindin on Toast


If you have read my post on Premium Ata Dindin and you have tried out the recipe, here is another simple way to enjoy it as part of a quick breakfast or light evening meal. Serve also with soft boiled eggs.




What you need


What to do
  1. To make soft boiled eggs, place them in a pot of water and allow to boil for no more than 6 minutes. 
  2. Toast some bread and slice across diagonals
  3. Serve with some ata dindin, soft boiled eggs and sliced cucumbers
